Cancel before we buy: full refund. Cancel after we buy but before the container: 90% back. If we cannot supply, fail inspection, or the price rises and you do not confirm: full refund within 48 hours. Lost goods, or more than 30 days past the promised window: full refund or we send it again. Quality issues within 7 days, with unboxing photos: refund that item or send it again. We pay you first.
